Dog bandana subscription FAQs

Get to know your monthly surprise, compare bandana sizes, and find clear answers about shipping, renewals, and order support.

Bark or Woof is a monthly surprise dog-bandana membership. Your first dog is $11.95 per month, and every additional dog in the same Pack receives 20% off the regular variation price. You choose Medium or Large for each dog; Bark or Woof curates the print.

Each enrolled dog receives one surprise bandana each month, plus two Bark or Woof stickers per bandana. All of your household’s bandanas and stickers arrive together in one custom Bark or Woof poly mailer.

Yes. Choose Add another dog in the Pack Builder, select Medium or Large separately for each dog, then choose your membership term. Your household total is shown before checkout.

Our size guide lists the physical dimensions of each bandana, not a guaranteed neck-fit range. Check those measurements before choosing Medium or Large. If you are unsure which will work for your dog, contact us before ordering.

The fulfillment system uses approved rotation data and shipment history to help avoid sending the same design again to an active household or dog. Availability still depends on size and current inventory.

Review checkout, your order confirmation, and My Account for the recurring amount and next payment date. Monthly plans renew monthly. Prepaid plans charge the full 3-, 6-, or 12-month term price at signup and renewal until canceled. See our subscription policy.

Your first shipment is scheduled for the next shipping date after signup, either the 1st or the 15th. Each enrolled dog receives one bandana per month, not one at both shipping dates.

Our bandanas are made from lightweight, 120 gsm, 100% polyester fabric for everyday adventures and a fresh look each month.
