Which membership plans can I choose?
Choose month to month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Your first dog is $11.95 per month on the month-to-month plan. The prepaid plans are $33.93 for 3 months, $65.94 for 6 months, or $125.88 for 12 months, with a lower effective monthly rate for each longer term.
Do plan savings and extra-dog savings stack?
Yes. Longer prepaid plans lower the base price, and every dog after the first receives another 20% off that selected plan’s price. The first dog stays at the plan’s normal price. The additional-dog discount applies to month-to-month and all three prepaid plans; it is not 20% off the whole Pack.
Are the 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans billed monthly?
No. Those plans are paid upfront, while bandanas arrive monthly. Their monthly-equivalent prices are shown for comparison—not as monthly charges. Review the amount due and recurring billing details at checkout before paying.
What does each dog receive?
Each dog in your Bark or Woof Pack receives one surprise bandana each month in their selected Medium or Large size. Free U.S. shipping is included.
How do I add more dogs?
Select “Add another dog” in the Pack Builder and choose that dog’s size. Repeat for every dog in your household. Each dog can have a different size, and the household total updates as you go.
Can I choose the bandana print?
The design is a surprise selected by Bark or Woof. You choose the fit; we choose the print.
How do I find the right size?
Choose Medium or Large based on your dog’s neck measurement, not breed alone. Medium fits small dogs, too. Use the size guide to confirm a comfortable fit, or contact us before ordering.
