Your first shipment is scheduled for the next shipping date after signup, either the 1st or the 15th. Each enrolled dog receives one bandana per month, not one at both shipping dates.

What does each dog receive?
Each dog receives one surprise bandana per month, plus two Bark or Woof stickers. Your household’s bandanas and stickers arrive together in one custom poly mailer. Free U.S. shipping is included.
When will my first Pack ship?
After processing, your first Pack is generally assigned to the next shipping window on the 1st or 15th. Each dog receives one bandana per month, not one at both shipping dates. Arrival dates vary. See our shipping and subscription policy.
Which plans can I choose?
Choose Monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. For your first dog, Monthly is $11.95 billed each month. Prepaid plans are $33.93 for 3 months, $65.94 for 6 months, or $125.88 for 12 months, paid upfront. All current plans automatically renew until canceled.
How are prepaid plans billed?
The full 3-, 6-, or 12-month price is charged at signup and at each renewal for the same term, until canceled. Bandanas arrive monthly. Any monthly-equivalent price is for comparison, not a monthly installment. See the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel automatic renewal through My Account or email [email protected] before the next scheduled charge. Your already-paid shipments continue. See our Subscription & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund details.
Can I combine discounts?
Yes. Prepaid plan savings and the additional-dog discount work together. Every dog after the first gets 20% off the selected plan’s price. The first dog stays at the plan’s normal price; the discount does not apply to the whole Pack.
How do I add more dogs?
Select “+ Add another dog” in the Pack Builder and choose that dog’s size. Repeat for each extra dog. Every dog can have a different size, and your household total updates as you go.
Can I choose the print?
The print is a surprise curated by Bark or Woof. You choose each dog’s size; we choose the design.
How do I choose a size?

Where can I see my total?
The Pack Builder shows your live household total. Your bag and checkout show the amount due and recurring charges before payment. Your order confirmation and My Account show the renewal dates and amounts for your purchase.
How should I wash the bandana?
Please contact us for care guidance for your bandana before washing or drying it.
